Development of a strategic communication proposal for Loyu, a technology platform focused on digitalising the shopping experience and the interaction between businesses and consumers.
Loyu is a no-code technology platform designed to bring businesses and customers closer together through a simple, intuitive and fully digital shopping experience. Built for the retail and restaurant sectors, the solution enables the creation of contactless stores with no app required, integrating features such as ordering, click & collect and delivery within a single ecosystem.
Loyu positions itself as an accessible and adaptable tool, capable of supporting the digital transformation of businesses and meeting the evolving expectations of consumers. The brand seeks to make technology more human, building connections between companies and people through more convenient and efficient experiences.


To reinforce the brand’s positioning as a facilitator of experiences and connections, activation initiatives were conceived, including stand-up comedy events designed to bring Loyu closer to its audience through moments of shared entertainment. The strategy was further complemented by the creation of Spotify playlists, reinforcing the lifestyle dimension of the brand and establishing additional touchpoints with its users.
The work also included interface proposals for the application, focused on usability and the simplicity of the digital experience, as well as integration concepts with Glovo, expanding ordering and delivery possibilities through a fully connected experience.
